Expectation is the root of all heartache.

Judgemental. Is there any more terms to bring down people? Why is today's society so cruel. We get judge for almost everything. Results, looks, weight, height, character, people and the list goes on and on. The worse someone could be judge at is the stream they are studying in. Why must we be classified? People contradicts themselves when they say everyone is equal, if so, then why are we placed at different level? Do you still remember when we were in primary school, we had to go through the streaming year to determine if we will be studying in EM1/2/3? EM1 for those, apparently, smart people and EM2, for the average joes while the EM3, lol i can't even bring myself to explain it. True enough, different streams doesn't mean different aim but can you imagine how a young innocent kid felt when they were placed in a lower level than their friends?

In secondary school, we have different streams too. Special, Express, Normal Academic and Normal Technical. LOL, what? Did i just see a "Special Stream"? LOL, what so special about them? Because they scored 270 for their PSLE? Pft. Many a time, the N(A) and N(T) student receives lots of criticisms that they can't make it and a bunch of rotten apples. To summarise it, often looked down at. You might argue that it's always the Normal streams students whom are feeling inferior and paranoid but can you swear on your mum that you really did see them as same level as those in the Express stream? You dont. People often are stereo typical. The world is just so unfair, i'm a N(A) student and i felt so regretful that i didn't managed to go Express, why do i think this way? Because i was brought up knowing that Express students are always the best. What a world i'm living in!!
